What payment options do you accept? TOP

Delicious Box Studio accepts payments via PayPal. You will be navigated to a Paypal payment site after you submit your order. PayPal does not require an account and accepts all major credit cards.

What are your shipping and delivery policies? TOP

Delicious Box Studio ships your order via USPS 2-3 business days after receiving your order. We do not ship on weekends unless requested and with an additional charge.

Do you ship internationally? TOP

We are only able to ship to certain countries outside of the United States. Please contact us with questions regarding internationally shipping.

What is the sales tax for purchases? TOP

No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located outside of the state of Georgia. All deliveries within Georgia will be charged a 9% sales tax on merchandise.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I place my order? TOP

Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped from our facility, you will receive an email containing a confirmation of shipping. Please note orders placed without an email address will not receive an email confirmation.

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed? TOP

Changes and cancellations can be processed if the order has not been processed and shipped. Please contact Delicious Box Studio at deliciousboxstudio@hotmail.com ASAP for details.

What Is Your Return Policy? TOP

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us by email @ deliciousboxstudio@hotmail.com for return authorization before returning any product. You may return products that are unused and unopened for a full refund, minus shipping costs up to 30 days after purchase. There are no returns, exchanges or credit after 30 days from receiving your order.

We can not issue a refund on shipping costs or the costs of return shipping. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.

We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information to anybody.
